Original owner - Debra Dowd -has over 35 years experience as a Beauty therapist/ Electrologist / Dermal Therapist- , specialising in Electrolysis, IPL laser, Dermapen, and Advanced skin treatments.  Specialises in electrolysis for sensitive skin, red vein removal and difficult hair problems.
